Strategia! is JCI Finland’s annual intensive training weekend where strategy work, team spirit and action come together.

During the weekend, participants deepen their strategic skills, gain practical tools for developing and implementing strategy, and put what they learn into practice together with their teams.

Strategia! goes beyond theory. The work begins before the event with pre-assignments and culminates during the weekend in hands-on strategy work, the results of which can also be utilised by the organising chapter.

BREAKING THE GLASS CEILING

In 2027, Strategia! will be held in Helsinki under the theme Breaking the Glass Ceiling.

Throughout history, many people have seen opportunities where others saw limits. They have been the first to do things differently, challenged established ways of thinking and transformed entire fields.

Strategia! 2027 draws inspiration from these stories while keeping its focus firmly on the future. How do we recognise the limits within our own organisations and ways of working? What are we willing to do differently? And above all, how do we turn a good plan into action?

The price includes the registration fee, Friday evening snack, Saturday lunch and afternoon snack, and Saturday dinner. The accommodation package also includes accommodation and breakfast.

Waiting list and places

The Strategia! 2027 waiting list will open during the JCI Finland National Conference.

Each JCI Finland local chapter will initially have access to two reserved places. Places from the waiting list will be allocated in registration order after the chapter quotas.

From 16 March 2027, any remaining places will become available across chapter boundaries. After this date, any JCI member or prospective member interested in strategy work can secure an available place for the weekend.
