Laura Lappi

PRES (President)

Leads the organization and is responsible for the work of the Board and the overall direction of the Local Organization. Represents the organization, works with the Board to develop its activities, and ensures that its goals are achieved.

Sonja Ekström

IPP (Immediate Past President), LIO (Local Information Officer)

Supports the President in leading the organization and coordinates award applications. Responsible for the organization’s internal and external communications.

Kaisa Halsas

IND (Individual Development)

Responsible for planning and coordinating the Local Organization’s training activities and supporting members’ personal and professional development. Shares information about training opportunities and encourages members to participate in local, regional, national, and international JCI training events.

Jenna Tuovinen

BUS (Business)

Responsible for the Local Organization’s sales and marketing activities. Develops and maintains partnerships and is responsible for acquiring new collaboration partners.

Sofia Niemi

SECY (Secretary), INT (International Affairs)

Responsible for meeting administration, minutes, and other administrative documentation of the Local Organization. Promotes international activities, shares information about international opportunities, and encourages members to participate in JCI international events and programs.

Jenna Flinck

TREAS (Treasurer)

Responsible for the Local Organization’s finances, including financial management, bookkeeping oversight, and payment administration. Prepares the budget and financial statements, and monitors the organization’s financial position to support the Board’s decision-making.

Anu Paaluharju

LOM (Local Organization Management)

Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the Local Organization’s events. Ensures the smooth execution of events and supports their promotion and participant communication.

Juulia Asblund

MEX (Member Experience Manager)

Ensures a positive member experience by supporting the needs, interests, and well-being of current members. Gathers member feedback and helps create meaningful opportunities for engagement and participation.
